Our Standards
OUR STANDARDS AND THE SIA
Events Security take pride in our work, our staff and our standards. Most of our staff have been with us for over 5 years, some even longer.
Our staff can attend many in house training courses set by our own internal qualified trainer. We are accredited by the City and Guilds as a training centre and can train our own staff to SIA standards or any other relevant training need. We are annually inspected by the NSI (National Security Inspectorate) and comply with all security standards set. We hold a certificate for Guarding Silver from the NSI.
We work to British Standards and currently meet:
-
BS 7858 - 2006, Security Screening of Staff

(5 Year history check of individual staff)
-
BS 8406 - 2003, Event Stewarding and Crowd Safety Services
-
BS 7499 - 2007, Code of Practice for Static and Mobile Patrol
