Our telephony solution can allocate you a non geographical number eg an 08745 or a normal STD number designed to mimic your event's location. We use intelligent routing to handle incoming calls through the use of traditional menus and can manipulate the point of delivery depending on the time of day or the length of time the caller has been in the queue. In any case we aim to handle the call within 90 seconds.
The e.shop can interface with your own event site and allow visitors to place orders themselves. In fact marketing programmes can be designed to maximise web sales which would directly reduce our fees. In either case web sales and those taken by the call centre are processed through the same back office allowing a single reporting suite to keep you informed on the progress of your event sales.
